Welcome to SC WORLD TECHNOLOGY. This Licensing Agreement explains the terms and conditions for using our educational materials, technical resources, digital content and online services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with all terms mentioned below.

✦ 1. LICENSE GRANT ✦

The Licensee may:

The Licensee shall NOT:

✘ Remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices.
✘ Reverse engineer or modify any software or digital content.
✘ Create derivative works without written permission.
✘ Use the materials for unauthorized commercial training programs.

✦ 4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ✦
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
All rights, ownership, trademarks, educational content, digital materials and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of SC WORLD TECHNOLOGY. This agreement only grants limited usage rights under the mentioned conditions.

✦ 5. TERM AND TERMINATION ✦
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
This license shall remain active until terminated by SC WORLD TECHNOLOGY. Violation of any terms may result in immediate termination of access and services.
Upon termination, the Licensee must:
✔ Stop all use of licensed materials.
✔ Delete or destroy all downloaded copies.
✔ Remove content from devices, systems and storage platforms.

✦ 6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY ✦

✦ 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY ✦

SC WORLD TECHNOLOGY shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of licensed materials and services.

✦ 8. GOVERNING LAW ✦
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved under the applicable courts and legal authorities of India.

✦ 9. CHANGES TO AGREEMENT ✦
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
SC WORLD TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to modify or update this agreement at any time. Continued use of our services after updates means acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
