6. Disclaimer of Warranty
Licensed Materials are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Licensed Materials.
8. Governing Law
